- Its design made of High Density PolyEthylen plastic 8mm thick provides a reinforced protection by being 30-40% lighter than a similar product made of alloy.
- Contrary to aluminium bash plates, HDPE reduces a lot the noise of rock impacting the plate, does not generate any vibrations and does not undergo deformation.
- AXP made it for a pleasant use and an easier maintenance !
- This skid plate is not compatible with the after market crash bars ( it will require some modifications ). The after market center stands will fit but some cuts at the rear of the skid plate will be necessary.
- It fits only Yamaha Tenere 700 World Raid.
