Caliper machined from billet and CNC machined in order to obtain a higher level of surface and structural strength, with the purpose of functioning at higher working pressures. The diameter of the caliper pistons are 26 mm, in order to have an effective and powerful brake, maintaining an optimal feeling and control for the rider. The external shape of the caliper is optimized in order to maximize the heat exchange surface of the body and the structural resistance, so as to properly sustain all the possible thermal and mechanical stresses. Both caliper and pistons are made of high strength aluminum alloy to reduce weight. The pistons are subjected to hard anodizing in order to increase the resistance and reduce the wear, extending the product overall life.
