TORQUE DRIVER FOR 4-STROKE ENGINES

The Malossi movable driven pulley is the result of many years of experience gained by our racing department. It is manufactured from premium special nitrided steel to ensure outstanding durability and long service life.

This component, known as the Torque Driver, is responsible for determining the optimum transmission shift point. It has been specifically engineered to deliver the maximum possible acceleration according to the engine’s power characteristics. The specially designed helix profile keeps the engine operating within its optimum power range throughout acceleration.

The Torque Driver was developed specifically to complement high-performance engines equipped with Malossi cylinder kits, variators and the special Kevlar® drive belt (Malossi K Belt), allowing the engine’s increased torque and power to be transferred efficiently to the rear wheel.

The new Malossi movable driven pulley provides tuned vehicles with exceptional acceleration and a smooth, progressive transmission of engine torque. The guide tracks have been designed using CAD/CAM technology and CNC machining to guarantee full interchangeability with the original component while ensuring maximum manufacturing precision.
